Healing Connections Counseling Group is looking to hire compassionate, highly skilled licensed mental health (LICSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT) and pre-licensed mental health professionals to work as a psychotherapist for children and adolescents in our group practice based in Concord, NH. This position is in-office or hybrid. Hours are flexible and based on your availability. Some after-school and evening availability is preferred.

Healing Connections provides W-2 employment (not a 1099-contract position) with a SIMPLE-IRA match plan option (for employees who qualify), and full support around billing. Supervision by LICSW clinicians is included in employment for pre-licensed clinicians. You focus on your client work and clinical development, and almost no time and energy on the hassles of insurance or other administrative burdens.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has:
A Master's level education in the mental health field seeking to obtain an independent clinical license through working with clients at our practice
An independent clinical license in the State of NH
Exceptional clinical and communication skills
An availability to work with a minimum of 10 clients weekly, up to a full-time caseload (25 weekly sessions)
Efficient, timely, and accurate clinical documentation
Teamwork skills and the ability to participate in building a supportive work culture
The ability to utilize constructive feedback, ask for support, and seek continued growth
Impeccable boundaries
Skilled or familiar with the technology and clinical aspects of Telehealth
Advanced skills trainings or certificates in areas such as EMDR or children/couples work
