The Critical Care Nurse will assess patient conditions, document medical interventions, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Nursing and Emergency Nursing, with the ability to respond effectively to medical emergencies.
- Proficiency in Critical Care Nursing, including monitoring and managing critically ill patients with complex health conditions.
- Knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, with an understanding of advanced medical interventions and treatments.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and deliver comprehensive care.
- Valid RN license in the state of Illinois and certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Experience in a hospital or acute care setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and compassion.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required.
