What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swimming Pool Service Technician position at Healdsburg Pool Service?
The primary role of our Service Technicians is to provide high-quality pool and spa maintenance service to residential and commercial route customers.
This is a year round, full time position. Our pay rate structure allows our Service Techs to maintain a consistent income level all year and increased income potential during the busy Spring/Summer months.
***New hires with pool equipment/plumbing repair and install knowledge will be compensated appropriately.***
Job Duties:
- Net debris, brush walls, clean all baskets and bags, vacuum as necessary
- Balance water chemistry
- Maintain pool equipment and perform minor repairs
- Meet the service needs of customers
- Maintain neat and organized work areas at client's property
- Respond to customer's needs and inquiries in a timely manner
- Utilize good judgment in satisfying customer service requests or complaints
- Maintain a clean and neat service vehicle (provided)
- Communicate with office staff with regards to client list and billing
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the pool & spa industry is preferred, but NOT required
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Good verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, good work ethic and willingness to learn
