- Provide strategic leadership for the day-to-day technical operations of the hospital.
- Partner with the practice owner, COO, and hospital manager to establish priorities, drive growth, and achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Active and in good standing NYS Veterinary Technician license
- Minimum of 3 years of team lead management experience required.
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing veterinary technical teams.
- Strong experience in anesthetic procedures (surgery, dentistry, etc.)
- Interest and experience working with exotic patients (avian, companion mammals, and reptiles)
- Experience improving operational efficiency and team performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Vetspire practice management software preferred but not required.
- Interest and experience in holistic medicine and rehabilitation cases (water treadmill) is preferred, but not required.
