What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Growth position at Heal Together Technologies?
We are hiring a Founding Head of Growth to own how Heal Together grows end-to-end. This is a hands-on, builder role responsible for consumer growth and early institutional distribution. You will design and execute growth strategies across content, product, partnerships, and pilots - helping Heal Together scale responsibly into hospitals, health systems, and corporate wellness programs without compromising care or credibility.
What You’ll Own
- Design and execute Heal Together’s growth strategy across consumer channels, product-led growth, partnerships, and referrals
- Drive top-of-funnel acquisition via content, social (TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn), SEO, and community-driven distribution
- Build and optimize activation and retention funnels (onboarding, first-session attendance, cohort retention)
- Develop viral and referral loops rooted in authentic peer experience
- Partner closely with product to improve onboarding, matching quality, and “aha” moments
Own early institutional growth efforts, including:
- Identifying, prioritizing, and structuring pilots with hospitals, health systems, and corporate partners
- Collaborating with the founder on outreach, positioning, and pilot design
- Translating consumer traction into credible B2B and B2B2C narratives
- Supporting go-to-market strategy for employer and hospital partnerships
- Own growth analytics, experimentation cadence, and channel prioritization
- Turn founder-led momentum into repeatable, scalable growth systems

- Comfortable operating at the intersection of consumer growth and institutional credibility
- Strong storyteller who understands how trust, outcomes, and distribution connect in healthcare

- Excited to be a player-coach in a high-ownership, high-impact role
Ideal Background
- Early growth role at a consumer, health, mental health, or community-based startup
- Experience with content-led growth, SEO, partnerships, and product-led growth
- Exposure to healthcare systems, employers, benefits, or B2B2C distribution is a strong plus
- Strong quantitative instincts (funnels, cohorts, CAC, retention) paired with creative execution
