What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Enterprise & Health Partnerships position at Heal Together Technologies?
Head of Enterprise & Health Partnerships
Heal Together is building the science-backed peer support layer for healthcare - starting with people navigating recovery from surgery, chronic illness, and major health events.
We partner with employers, health systems, and payers to improve outcomes, reduce care friction, and support people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. We have active pilots underway with leading health systems and companies in New York and are expanding our institutional partnerships rapidly.
We’re hiring a Head of Enterprise & Health Partnerships - the founding owner of our employer, hospital, and payer growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
You’ll own enterprise partnerships across employer wellness programs, hospitals, and payers - leading the full arc from first conversation to signed contract to referenceable case study. That means navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes (benefits, population health, clinical leadership, innovation, legal, procurement), designing pilots with clear success metrics, and building the repeatable frameworks that allow us to scale.
You’ll work directly with the founder and product team, translating what you’re hearing in the market into roadmap and positioning.
What We’re Looking For
∙ 5-7 years selling healthcare or benefits solutions into employers, health systems, or payers
∙ Proven track record launching pilots and converting them into ongoing partnerships
∙ Deep fluency in employer benefits, population health, or value-based care environments
∙ Strong executive presence and comfort working directly with senior stakeholders
∙ Resourceful and structured - you create clarity where none exists
Nice to have: experience in digital health, behavioral health, care navigation, or recovery-focused products.
Why This Role
Peer support is one of the most underleveraged tools in healthcare. Heal Together is building the infrastructure to make it scalable, measurable, and trusted by institutions. The person in this role will help define how that happens - and share meaningfully in what we build.
Competitive base meaningful equity. Founding-level role with real ownership and long-term upside.
