Heal To Connect is seeking a compassionate, motivated English/Spanish bilingual PMHNP-BC to join our growing psychiatric practice. This position begins part time, with the opportunity to expand to full-time hours as patient volume grows.

Our practice provides personalized, integrative psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults through in-person and telehealth appointments.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide medication management.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication safety.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other treating professionals to coordinate care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families in English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish required, with proficiency sufficient to conduct clinical interviews and explain treatment plans in both languages.
- Active, unrestricted Florida APRN license.
- Current PMHNP-BC certification.
- DEA registration appropriate to prescribing responsibilities.
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care and ongoing professional development.
- Comfort using electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
Prior psychiatric nurse practitioner experience is not required. Experienced providers and newly certified PMHNPs are encouraged to apply.
Compensation is $60–$70 per hour, depending on experience, as a 1099 independent contractor. Scheduling and contract terms will be discussed during the interview process. Expansion to full-time hours will depend on patient volume, practice needs, and mutual agreement.
