Position Summary
We’re seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide one-on-one physical therapy in homes, apartments, and senior living communities with a coverage area in Chester County as a 1099 contracted employee.
We are also seeking Physical Therapy Assistant(s) for additional coverage areas including Philadelphia, Delaware and Montgomery counties.
Responsibilities
- Carry through PTA visits in homes and senior living buildings as established by the evaluating PT.
- Communicate with clients and families and the clinical team.
- Provide continuity of care from home health to outpatient services and beyond!
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in PA (required)
- CPR certification
- Home health or outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and adaptability
- Ability to commute to the assigned coverage area
Visits
- Home health visits
- Mobile, Medicare B visits
- Cash-pay wellness visits
- Flexible hours (5–40 hours/week)
- Set your own schedule (Mon–Fri; ability to work Sat/Sun if you prefer)
