About Heal and Thrive Therapy

Heal and Thrive Therapy is a growing private practice serving clients throughout Alabama, with in-person offices in Daphne, Mobile, and Birmingham.

We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about their clinical work, values flexibility and collaboration, and wants the autonomy of private practice with the support and stability of an established group practice.

We are especially interested in clinicians who have experience or interest in:

• Teen anxiety
• Perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, and birth trauma
• OCD
• Marriage/couples counseling

We welcome applicants who hold an Alabama LMSW, LICSW, or LPC license.

• Flexible scheduling. Create a schedule that works for you within office availability. We ask that at least one day per week include after-school/work hours, but you're welcome to start your day later.

• Four voluntary virtual clinical consultation meetings each month for case consultation, collaboration, feedback, and support.
• Administrative support so you can focus on being a therapist. Heal and Thrive handles insurance and client billing.
• All essential practice systems are provided, including HIPAA-compliant email, EHR, and telehealth platform.

Compensation

Clinicians are compensated based on a percentage of collected session revenue, so compensation per session may vary depending on insurance reimbursement, service type, and private-pay rates.

Typical compensation is approximately:

• LMSW clinicians: $65 per session
• Fully licensed clinicians (LICSW/LPC): $74 per session

These amounts are estimates rather than guaranteed per-session rates and may be higher or lower depending on the reimbursement for a particular session.

Requirements

• Current LMSW, LICSW, or LPC license in Alabama
• Ability to provide in-person therapy at our Daphne office
• Preference may be given to clinicians who are also willing to see clients at our Mobile office one day per week
• Experience or strong interest in one or more of the specialty areas listed above
• Desire to see a minimum of 20 clients per week
• Kind, dependable, hardworking, and passionate about providing excellent client care
• Solid foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities and an interest in continued professional growth
