Supported Living Coach – Fill in Position
(Rhinelander 8 - 40 hours/week)
Headwaters Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer looking for a Fill-In Supported Living Coach in the Rhinelander Area to work fill-in 8 hour shifts up to 40 hours /week.
Flexible hours with shifts from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am.
Starting at $17.00/hour with a pay differential for fill-in, overnight, and weekend shifts.
As a Fill-In Supported Living Coach you will:
- Provide support to one 24-hour care person living in their home to allow them to live more independently. This includes assistance with day-to-day needs (transportation, cleaning, bathing, preparing meals, medical appointments, etc.) and doing activities in the community.
- Provide encouragement and coaching to develop daily living skills & healthy habits.
- Write documentation about the support you provided during your shift.
- Work with a variety of needs including medical, behavioral, and mental health support.
