Lawncare Supervisor

(Seasonal, Work 16 hours/week)

This supervisor will be working with people with disabilities in small groups mowing, weeding, painting, landscaping, and maintain lawncare contract sites.

This is a seasonal/temporary position for May – October

· Is 18 or older

· Has a valid driver’s license.

· Can drive a truck with a trailer.

· Use a Riding Lawnmower, Hedge Trimmer, Push Mower and Weed Trimmer

· Is Self-motivated.

· Can adapt to your surroundings.

· Can work independently.

· Likes to Work Outside.

As a Lawncare Supervisor, you will:

• Position starts at $20.00/hour

· Be responsible for working with individuals at lawncare contract sites.

· Support individuals in working in an outside environment.

· Communicate with your supervisor and follow work orders.

· Be able to work independently supervising individuals with disabilities in an outside work environment.

· Encourage individuals to work with others and supervisors and to be proud of work accomplished.

• Follow all safety rules and regulations of the agency, including maintain confidentiality of information
