- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering Technology, Business, or a related field preferred
- 1 years of commercial construction experience, including internships or entry-level project coordination experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (Procore experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of construction procedures, scheduling, and project documentation
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced commercial construction environment
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed and safely access active construction environments while wearing required PPE
- Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination, documentation, and administrative support
- Manage and track submittals, shop drawings, product data, and other project documentation
- Maintain and distribute current project plans, specifications, and related documents to subcontractors and suppliers
- Coordinate communication between project teams, subcontractors, architects, owners, and suppliers
- Support project scheduling, procurement tracking, and material coordination
- Attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items
- Provide project information and coordination support to Superintendents and field teams
- Maintain project logs and assist with project closeout documentation, including warranties, operation and maintenance manuals, and final turnover packages
- Help identify project issues and support timely resolution while promoting safe jobsite operations
- Performs other duties as assigned
