Job Description

This position is open in either Tampa, Florida. It is NOT a remote position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure treatment is appropriately planned, scheduled and managed from initial evaluation
  • through treatment completion.
  • Serves as primary contact for medical offices, adjusters, nurse case managers, and claimants.
  • Accurately enters treatment plans and sends pricing review. .
  • Schedules appointments for approved treatment promptly.
  • Prioritizes daily activities to ensure all assignments are completed.
  • Reviews and responds to requests from clients, providers, claimants, or management in a timely
  • manner.
  • Educate provider offices on required documentation submission - chart notes, billing forms and
  • required state specific forms.
  • Obtains all missing required appointment documentation from providers.
  • When unable to resolve an issue, will escalate to appropriate leadership/management.
  • Engage with management regarding potential process and system enhancement
  • recommendations.
  • May be required to assist with the testing of system/process enhancements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required skills and abilities:

  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Analytical ability with adept research skills
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must be able to multi-task, follow procedures and have active listening skills
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Outlook and all MSOffice essentials
  • Must be able to adhere to company’s physical & information security standards along with training
  • requirements.

Education/Experience

  • Medical Assistant or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with Medical Software Platforms is a plus
  • Contact Center experience a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED
