We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.
This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure—you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
- Track progress and communicate with families
- Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support

What We’re Looking For:
- Active RBT Certification
- Reliable transportation to get to clients’ homes
- High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required!)
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
