What are the responsibilities and job description for the RBT Evenings, Sign on Bonus $500 position at Headstart Health?
We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.
This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.
To kick things off, we’re also offering a $500 sign-on bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
- Track progress and communicate with families
- Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support
What We’re Looking For:*
- Active RBT Certification
- Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
- High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required!)
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be available to work M-F 3p to 8p
- optional hours available: Sat & Sun 3p to 8p (Summer only)
- Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Pay Scale: $20-$28
