We are seeking a Primary Call Center Representatives to join their customer support team. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with banking-related inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced contact center environment.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for strong performers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls related to general banking inquiries
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or alternative recommendations
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly contact center performance metrics
  • Promote banking products and services based on customer needs
  • Refunds and disputes
  • Stop payments
  • Payoff quotes
  • Address and account updates
  • Credit card limit increase inquiries
  • Provide basic technical support for online and mobile banking (password resets, bill pay, mobile access)
  • Act as a liaison between branch operations and customers
  • Submit customer feedback as the “voice of the customer”
  • Build strong customer relationships through empathy, professionalism, and ownership
  • Work holidays and weekends as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED (College degree preferred)
  • 3 years of high-volume inbound call center experience (60–100 calls/day)

OR a college degree in lieu of experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Comfortable using a computer and standard office software

Pay: $22.12 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Salary : $22 - $25
