We are seeking a Primary Call Center Representatives to join their customer support team. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with banking-related inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls related to general banking inquiries
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or alternative recommendations
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly contact center performance metrics
- Promote banking products and services based on customer needs
- Refunds and disputes
- Stop payments
- Payoff quotes
- Address and account updates
- Credit card limit increase inquiries
- Provide basic technical support for online and mobile banking (password resets, bill pay, mobile access)
- Act as a liaison between branch operations and customers
- Submit customer feedback as the “voice of the customer”
- Build strong customer relationships through empathy, professionalism, and ownership
- Work holidays and weekends as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Experience
- High School Diploma or GED (College degree preferred)
- 3 years of high-volume inbound call center experience (60–100 calls/day)
OR a college degree in lieu of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Comfortable using a computer and standard office software
Pay: $22.12 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
