What you'll do

• Conduct Testing Procedures:
• Perform comprehensive testing of cabin management products to ensure
  
  

compliance with industry standards and engineering specifications.

• Execute various testing procedures, including programming and acceptance test
  
  

evaluation.

• Quality Assurance:
• Record and document test results accurately and comprehensively.
• Implement quality control measures to identify and address potential issues
  
  

during the testing process.

• Collaborate with production cell and engineering representative to establish and
  
  

refine testing protocols.

• Analyze data to identify any deviations from quality standards and report findings
  
  

to the relevant stakeholders and implement correct action to resolve

nonconformance.

• Instrumentation and Equipment Maintenance:
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment regularly to ensure accurate and
  
  

reliable results.

• Troubleshoot and address any technical issues with testing instruments and
  
  

engineering.

• Documentation:
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, procedures, and results.
• Generate reports summarizing testing outcomes for internal and external
  
  

stakeholders.

• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and
  
  

quality control, to communicate testing requirements and results effectively.

• Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while conducting testing activities.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in soldering electronic components, preferably in a manufacturing or
  
  

assembly environment.

• Familiarity with various soldering techniques, such as through-hole and surface-mount
  
  

soldering.

• Proficient in using testing equipment, soldering equipment, and tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
  
  

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is a plus.
• Technical or vocational training in electronics or soldering techniques is preferred.
• Previous experience in electronics testing or a similar role is preferred.
