Responsibilities
- Provide professional barbering services including haircutting, styling, beard trimming, straight razor shaves, and hair coloring with precision and creativity.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Engage with clients through effective communication skills—listening carefully to understand their needs and providing personalized recommendations.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license from an accredited state board.
- Proven experience working in a barbershop or salon environment with proficiency in classic and modern hair styling, fading, tapering, line-ups and beard grooming.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon or barbershop setting.
- Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration.
- Experience managing front desk duties is a plus but not required.
