  • itiesServe as a primary point of contact for employee questions, providing timely and professional sup
  • port.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming employee experi
  • ence.Implement new hire orientation programs and support employee recognition initiat
  • ives.Administer employee time off programs, leave of absence processes, and associated documenta
  • tion.Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, life events, and annual open enroll
  • ment.Attend and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations (conducting lower-risk investigations independently as appropri
  • ate).Perform additional routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs, including but not limited to performance management, recognition programs,
  • etc.Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy across HR sys
  • tems.Assist with payroll processing tasks, especially related to changes, LOAs, and data valida
  • tion.Collaborate on HR policies, process improvements, and compliance efforts as the company continues to s
  • cale.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; review company policies and practices to ensure continued compli
  • ance.Stay current on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in HR and talent manage

  • ired.3 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-state, or growing organiza
  • tion.Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirem
  • ents.High emotional intelligence and sound judgment; able to handle sensitive matters with tact and confidentia
  • lity.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational sk
  • ills.Comfortable using HRIS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft workspace applicat
