What You’ll Do (and Love Doing):
- Ask the right questions and actually listen. We're not just selling bikes, we're matching riders with their ideal riding experience
- Confidently close sales by demonstrating how the right bike will help customers reach their cycling goals.
- Manage and develop relationships using CRM tool
- Ring up sales, help manage inventory, and keep things running smoothly.
- Stay in touch with your customers and build lasting relationships with top-notch service and follow-up… We’ll teach you how!!

- Familiarity with Google Workspace, point of sale (POS) systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus!
