Are you ready to make a difference? We're seeking a full-time experienced Psychiatric or Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as a Sub-Investigator to help us grow our Summit Research Network site located in Portland, OR.

Type: Full-time Employee

Pay: Competitive and dependent upon years of experience as an APP and as an Investigator in clinical research.

Location: Onsite in Portland, OR (no opportunities for remote or hybrid)

Schedule: Mondays through Fridays

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and welfare of each study subject Have in-depth knowledge of all research protocols Screen potential study subjects according to the protocol’s specific inclusion and exclusion criteria
• Conduct medical history interviews and physical examinations throughout the subject’s study participation
• Provide medical care as needed during a subject’s participation in a clinical trial
• Attend Investigator Meetings on behalf of Principal Investigator as needed
• Excellent professional communication, punctual and responsible
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor
• Must demonstrate a passion for direct patient interaction
• Demonstrate clinical competence, positive leadership and ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a licensed mental health or psychiatric nurse practitioner or physician assistant treating exclusively patients with mental health conditions for the adult patient population required.
• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an NP or PA in the state of Oregon required
• Prior experience within the clinical research industry highly preferred
• Commitment and ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Excellent communication, punctual and responsible
• Extremely well organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Trustworthy, reliable; attentive to details
• Mature and pleasant demeanor
• Willingness to learn new tasks and grow with the company
