What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary financial advisor to the Division President and leadership team
- Partner with operations to drive project performance, margin, and cash flow
- Lead monthly financial reviews, including variance analysis, forecasting, and risk identification
- Translate financial data into actionable insights for business leaders
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and capital allocation
- Enhance reporting capabilities in collaboration with data/analytics teams
- Identify and resolve financial issues across projects and operations
- Act as a key liaison between division leadership and corporate finance

What We’re Looking For
- 7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
- Experience supporting business leaders or division presidents (not just corporate finance/controller roles reporting directly to the CFO)
- Accounting experience in Construction industry required
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Ability to operate in a high-growth, evolving environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
