Head West, a popular sandwich shop specializing in delicious submarines/specialty sandwiches. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced food service industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches according to customer preferences and established recipes.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sandwich preparation.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders accurately and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Assist with stocking ingredients, supplies, and utensils as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Uphold Sub Stop's brand image by displaying a professional and courteous demeanor.
Requirements:
-Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation:
This position offers a starting wage at $16 if fully certified( Managers Card & Allergen card) if not fully certified then you start at $15
