Duties

- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training and development to enhance team performance.
- Manage bookkeeping and cash handling procedures accurately to ensure financial integrity.
- Oversee inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales and minimize losses.
- Implement effective marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract customers and increase store traffic.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies; handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, monitor retail math for accurate stock levels, and perform regular store audits.
Skills
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in supervising teams within a retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases.
- Proficiency in negotiation, sales management, and customer service excellence.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities such as staffing, inventory, and sales targets.
- Experience with retail management software, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
- Knowledge of retail math principles.
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & development, employee orientation, and performance coaching.
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks related to store operations.
Requirements
- Must have experience managing in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) a valid Food Manager Certification.
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must maintain open availability in the event of call-outs, requests off, or catering orders.
