- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in each sandwich.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following proper food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills and toasters effectively and safely.
- Collaborate with other team members to manage order flow and minimize customer wait times.
- Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste and maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Keep track of inventory levels for sandwich ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow established procedures for packaging, labeling, and presenting finished sandwiches.
- Assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude, working well with fellow team members during busy shifts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
