About the Role
We’re hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team in Louisville, Colorado. This entry-level, full-time position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate who enjoys working across departments to solve problems and improve supply chain performance.
As part of our Supply Chain Department, you’ll ensure finished products and materials are available to meet demand—while optimizing inventory levels and maintaining strong supplier communication. You’ll report directly to the Director of Supply Chain and work closely with teams in Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Production.
What You’ll Do
- Execute purchase orders for raw materials, components, and finished goods
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment to avoid shortages
- Track supplier performance and ensure on-time deliveries
- Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records in Fishbowl (ERP system)
- Reconcile purchase orders and invoices with Accounts Payable
- Support production planning and monitor WIP (work-in-progress) inventory
- Collaborate with Engineering to maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy
- Create and deliver regular reports: Open PO, Inventory Availability, PO in Transit
- Proactively identify and communicate potential supply chain risks
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or procurement roles (manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/inventory systems (Fishbowl is a plus)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- A natural problem solver who thrives in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through on deadlines
- Willingness to travel occasionally
