Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to customers in a retail environment.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Meet sales goals and targets set by management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Experience in jewelry sales, technical sales, or electronics sales is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills.
