Duties
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth shift management and efficient workflow
- Manage inventory levels through accurate stock control, purchasing, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, cashiering responsibilities with precision
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly
Skills
- Proven management experience and knowledge in retail environments with supervising responsibilities
- Proficiency in retail math, inventory management software, POS systems, cash handling procedures, and Microsoft Office
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service excellence; bilingual abilities are a plus
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
Saturday shifts are required.
