In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, office organizational tasks, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Depending on skillset, there are many opportunities for inside sales.Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating active listening skills and empathy- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goalsSkills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products/services is desirable- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication techniquesWe offer competitive pay, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth.
