What We Offer:
- $20/hr-$25/hr
- This is a non-permanent position, expected to last approximately 2 - 3 months
- This position is not eligible for remote work.
Essential Duties:
- Learns what is expected of a Engineer in this industry
- Reports progress and status
- Completes assigned tasks on time and budget while meeting technical requirements
- Complies with Engineering Playbook and best practice procedures
- Embraces initiatives
- Conducts limited scope testing under the supervision of engineers
- Gathers and assembles data for engineers
- Conducts design analysis and/or calculations under the supervision of engineers
- Assists engineers with appropriate design details
- Performs a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the engineering staff, methods, programs and practices
- Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Adheres to all quality and safety standard
- Supports other projects and performs other duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities:
- HS Diploma; Must be enrolled in an accredited Engineering program
- Receives and follows direction
- Interacts professionally with teammates and colleagues
- Possesses basic oral and written communication skills
- Possesses quality orientation and high attention to detail
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with customers, vendors, employees and managers at all levels within the company
- Possesses strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in standard business software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office)
