Requirements:High school GEDAbility to commute to our office in Libertyville IL$18-20 hour to start, opportunity to growGood communication skills, positive attitude, some technical experience with computers is preferred Job Responsibilities:Helping at our office with day to day customer service and sales activities. 1 on 1 training will be providedTypical office hours/work days are 8am - 430pm. We are needing help 2-3 full days a week, hours/days can be flexible with your schedule. Customer communications is roughly 80% email and 20% phone callsLearn and become an expert on our products and to provide best support possible to our customersInspect radios/equipment for damage for warranty consideration, programming radios with our computer softwareHelp with supporting our dealers (sending radio demos, assisting with product questions/technical questions etc....)Working with our online sales software to identify new customer opportunitiesOccasionally assisting with local in person events/jobs (trade shows, on-site customer demo, etc...)Handling promotions, working with our designer to create marketing flyersAssisting in the warehouse with pulling orders/moving product when extra help is neededSending QuotesCompany DescriptionHDR Communications is the mid-west master distributor for Kenwood Pro-Talk business radios and accessories. Our territory includes Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky. We supply radios to and support a network of two-way radio dealers in the states we cover. Our focus is to grow Kenwood’s market share by helping our dealers succeed and grow.
