HDM is searching for a motivated and personable media specialist to capture properties

in the Tampa Bay area through photography, video and drone work. This job requires

strong communication skills, reliablity and flexibility. This is more than a job, but also a

Real Estate Media Specialist

• Tampa Bay Area (Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough and Hernando Counties)
• Variable Hours (Part Time up to 20 hours per week) with possibility of moving into a full-time position
• Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (weekends and evenings as needed)
• No editing required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Capture on-site photography, floorplan/3D scans, videography and drone services. (Part 107 certification will be required)
• Work independently in the field
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Maintain strong work ethics and extreme attention to detail
• Uploading and delivering content with notes to editing team on dedicated high speed internet (will test before hiring)
• Prepare, maintain and manage equipment, while staying organized
• Collaborate with the team to provide consistent results for our clients
• Be a coachable team member by seeking out, accepting and providing feedback
• Travel to and from scheduled shoots in a timely manner while driving safely using your reliable vehicle that is fully insured.
• Valid driver's license

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation (2017 or newer vehicle)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and auto insurance for vehicle
• Comfortable driving between multiple locations daily
• Able to be on your feet and active during shoots
• Computer and reliable high-speed internet for uploads (will test before hired)
• I-phone 16 or higher preferred
• FAA Part 107 drone license or willing to obtain before bringing on board
• 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred at least 1 year of professional experience with DSLR or Mirrorless Camera (shooting in manual)
