Seasonal Full-Time Warehouse Associate
HDI Wholesale is a local wholesale distribution company that supplies products to nonprofits, charities, and organizations serving families and children in need.
Our busy holiday season is especially important. During this time of year, our warehouse team helps prepare and ship toys, gifts, and essential products that will be distributed to children and families in need.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Seasonal Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team and help us make the holiday season a little brighter for kids in our communities.

Position Responsibilities
Picking, Packing & Shipping
- Pick products accurately from warehouse inventory using pick lists.
- Verify products, quantities, and case packs before packing.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment via UPS and LTL freight.
Assist in Receiving
- Unloading shipping containers of products
- Move received merchandise to the proper warehouse location.
Inventory Movement & Warehouse Organization
- Maintain accurate inventory quantities and locations.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be physically able to perform warehouse duties successfully.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and dependable with reliable transportation.
- Strong basic math skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
Equipment
This position may involve the use of forklifts and man-up order pickers.
Forklift and order-picker certification will be provided on site.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Overtime is available during the busy holiday season.
Compensation & Employment Type
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
