What are the responsibilities and job description for the Submissions Associate position at HDI Global Insurance Company?
- Prepare submissions for new and renewal business in line with underwriting requirements within time standards
- Ensure that all supporting materials and any necessary documents are included with each submission workflow
- Monitor submission timelines and provide periodic updates to internal stakeholders regarding the status of submissions
- Assist in training new team members
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal, reading and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range for this position is $60,000–$65,000 plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, and geographic location.
