Job Description:
- Perform physical tasks such as shoveling, lifting, handling materials, and other duties assigned by crew leader.
- Work effectively within a team environment and assist other team members as needed.
- Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
- Operate hand and power tools of all types safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a focus on safety and adhere to all company safety protocols.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry over 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in a similar role.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to supply three professional references.
