Position Overview
The Veterinary Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment. This position involves customer service, scheduling appointments, managing records, and supporting the veterinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out during visits
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Maintain and update patient medical records
- Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technicians
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred- Experience in a veterinary clinic is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Compassion for animals and their owners
