HD2, Inc. is in search of an enthusiastic Project Designer with 2 to 5 years of experience working full time on commercial projects.

HD2, Inc. is looking for someone who has the experience and skill sets to contribute to commercial projects that include commercial office, retail, hospitality, and healthcare. This position will require an efficient designer with excellent communication and time management skills along with the ability to demonstrate initiative.
General responsibilities of this position are:
- Develop solutions for complex design problems.
- Coordination of project activities with clients, consultants, contractors and co-workers.
- Prepare contract and project documents (i.e. space plans, finish packages, construction documents).
- Assist project leaders and principals with design solutions.
- Client meetings and project site visits.
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet project deadlines and needs.
The successful candidate should possess:
- A two-year or four-year degree.
- 2-5 years of design experience with commercial projects.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of client’s expectations of deliverables at different phases of projects including construction documents.
- Creative eye with the ability to focus on details.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
