Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional activities
Utilize hands-on treatment techniques when appropriate
Educate patients regarding home exercise programs and recovery strategies
Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with supervising therapists
Complete documentation accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Massachusetts PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
