- Greet patients warmly and assist with the intake process to ensure a smooth clinic experience
- Conduct patient assessments, including gathering medical history and current symptoms
- Support chiropractors during treatment sessions by preparing treatment rooms and assisting with equipment setup
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatment notes, and progress reports using medical terminology
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment areas in compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to streamline patient flow and improve overall clinic efficiency
