What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at HD Omaha?
HD-Omaha, an experienced multi-family property management company, is seeking a part time maintenance professional who will assist with the daily operation of the apartment communities under management.
General duties include, but are not limited to, completing service requests, preparing apartments for move-ins, preventative maintenance, and maintaining curb appeal of the property.
Candidates must have general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Painting, drywall, and carpentry skills are desired. HVAC troubleshooting experience and EPA certification are desired. Experience in the multi-family property management industry is a plus.
The candidate will be required to participate in the after-hours and weekend on-call rotation on an ongoing basis.
Basic tools, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.
Additional Job Details:
Hourly wage: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Approximately 25 hours per week.
