What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Warehouse Product Sales Trainer position at HD Hyundai Construction Equipment?
Primary Duties:
The Forklift division requires the Product Warehouse Sales Trainers to work closely with the Hyundai Sales Team and Dealer Sales Principals to instruct, train, and provide dealer support, communication, and implement training solutions for Warehouse products in classes I, II & III. Effectively manage the Hyundai Material Handlings internal, dealer & vendor relationship with product support ensuring, dealer sales capability, customer satisfaction (retention) and increased sales. Works closely with the Product Coordinator to align & meet organizational objectives. Maintain an emphasis on serving the needs of the customer, best in class experience & promote a positive service to client environment within the product support team. Interact with dealers to support the sales effort and overall satisfaction with the product/equipment.
Responsibilities:
Excellent working knowledge of Class I, II & III industrial trucks.
Excellent presentation skills in the aforementioned areas.
Must have extensive experience in Narrow Aisle, warehouse layout, throughput, and DC applications within the industrial truck field.
Order picking techniques (low level and high-level review and analysis)
Train dealer sales people as well as District Sales Managers in Warehouse and Narrow Aisle applications.
Familiarity with “Power Point” and related presentation systems and the ability to modify existing presentations and create new presentations and training material.
Create Warehouse & Narrow Aisle product and training material.
Ability to research competitor’s information and build comparison presentations.
Possess strong public speaking and communication skills and be able to effectively conduct training classes and present training materials.
Must possess an inordinate amount of patience and have the ability to interact and communicate effectively with different nationalities, ages and experience levels.
Must be able to function well in a team environment to achieve training department goals.

Must be able to travel periodically (domestic and international) and be able to legally obtain a passport when necessary.
Providing product training of Class 1 , 2 , 3 to our dealers regularly.
Researching the market of class 4, 5 and making the report to PM team and HQ.
Developing the sales tool through the comparison analysis test and providing the tool to our dealers.
Works closely with Dealers to communicate needs and schedule training accordingly.
Maintains proactive communications to capture incoming feedback & outgoing messaging alignment.
Other duties:
Other duties and functions appropriate to the position as assigned by the manager from time to time.
Maintain and Develop product brochures and forward facing literature, product changes and other duties.
Work environment and other requirements:
The work environment is a non-smoking office environment. Some heavy lifting required. Mostly sitting with computer and phone usage. 25%-30% travel required. Accommodations can be made for handicapped employee. Travel only on an “as needed” basis.
