HD Financial Firm is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven professional to help grow our local presence and connect qualified individuals and business owners with our advisory team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, marketing, community involvement, and building relationships both online and in person. The primary goal of this position is to generate qualified prospective clients and schedule discovery calls with firm partners.
Position Details
- Flexible part-time schedule
- Minimum 10 hours per week
- Maximum 15 hours per week
- Position may be structured as either an employee or independent contractor role
- Compensation starts at $25/hour plus commission and performance incentives
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships within the Dublin and surrounding community
- Attend local networking events, chamber functions, business gatherings, and community events
- Identify and connect with potential individual and business clients
- Generate qualified leads and book discovery calls for firm partners
- Assist with social media outreach and online engagement
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and follow-up communication
- Help grow the firm’s local brand awareness and referral network
- Develop strategic partnerships with local professionals and organizations
- Track outreach activity and lead generation efforts
