Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily on-site activities for Division 9 commercial finishes projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and crew members to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to guide crews effectively.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members.
- Inspect work for compliance with project standards and address any issues proactively.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials inventory on-site.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or supervisor in commercial construction, with a strong focus on Division 9 finishes (framing, drywall, ceilings, etc.).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and manage a team.
- Proficiency with construction tools and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
