What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Supervisor position at HD Clean?
Helping build the standard through leadership, consistency, and example.
This is not a desk-management role.
At HD Clean, Field Supervisors play a critical role in protecting quality, supporting the team, and helping operations run with consistency and professionalism every day.
This position is designed for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of both people and standards.
As we prepare to launch our Anchorage location in 2026, this role will be highly hands-on during the first 6–12 months while we build the local team, develop Trainers, and establish the operational foundation of the market.
That means this role will involve:
- Cleaning alongside technicians
- Training and coaching in the field
- Supporting onboarding and quality control
- Reinforcing systems and expectations daily
You won’t simply oversee the standard — you’ll help build it.
WHO WE ARE
HD Clean was founded in 2019 with a simple mission:

We are an employee-first company built on six core values:
- Inspirational
- Disciplined
- Accountable
- Transparent
- Aligned
- Results Oriented
These values shape how we lead, communicate, and grow together.
We believe strong leadership is built through consistency, humility, accountability, and service to others.
As HD Clean expands into Anchorage, we are looking for leaders who want to help build something meaningful from the ground up.
