WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Banquet Bartender, you’ll bring energy and skill to every event. In this role, you will:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Engage with guests, providing personalized service with a friendly demeanor.
- Set up, stock, and maintain the bar before, during, and after events.
- Adhere to all alcohol service policies and ensure guests are served responsibly.
- Collaborate with the banquet team to deliver a seamless event experience.
- Handle transactions and reconcile cash/credit at the end of each event.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
WHAT YOU BRING
We’re looking for a creative and personable bartender who thrives in a dynamic environment. To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Bartending experience in a banquet or event setting preferred.
- A valid alcohol awareness certification, as required by local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
