To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The ability to establish and maintain a supportive relationships with children, youth and families.
- The coordination to facilitate team meetings, run groups, and work with staff and stakeholders.
- Knowledge on how to provide holistic and therapeutic case management services.
- Experience working in the mental health field.
