We're seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team full-time at our office in Portage IN.
- Patient Evaluations: Assess referred patients' need for physical therapy services and develop individualized treatment plans using therapeutic modalities like manual therapy, laser therapy, dry needling, pelvic floor exercises, and chronic pain management.
- Orient Patients to their programs: Explain treatments, mutually agreed goals, and approximate treatment length.
- Regular Reassessments:& Determine effectiveness/progress & educate patients about diagnosis & treatment options.
