Dental Treatment Coordinator Wilmington NC

Full time | $50k annually

We are hiring a Bilingual Treatment Coordinator to support patient case acceptance and ensure a smooth front-office experience at our dental office in Wilmington NC. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, personable, and confident discussing treatment and financial options with at least one year of dental experience and must be bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and explain procedures to patients
• Discuss financial options and assist with payment arrangements
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits
• Coordinate scheduling and follow up on pending treatment
• Maintain accurate patient and billing records
  
  

Qualifications

• Bilingual required
• Minimum 1 year of dental experience
• Insurance verification experience highly preferred
• Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills
• Patient-focused with a positive, energetic attitude
