Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurses who could join our healthcare team to provide care in Trenton Fl to cover our 12hrs day shift: 7dayd a week. All shift and splits available. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, to a 9yrs old male with a history of acute pancertitis, spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy, failure to thrive, incontinent to bowel and bladder without sensory awareness , G-tube feedings, refractory, seizures, asthma, etc. He is a total care and nonverbal patient.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Document all patient interactions and ensure proper medical documentation is maintained.
Experience
- Proven experience in a home health nursing is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of pedriatiric is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively individually while collaborating with a team is important.
- A valid nursing license is required for this position.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
