Associate Service Specialist (Pharmaceutical Representative)

As an Associate Service Specialist, you'll represent leading pharmaceutical manufacturers by managing an assigned territory and serving as the primary HCP Concierge representative for healthcare providers within your territory. You'll build lasting relationships with physician offices, deliver valuable product education, and help ensure healthcare professionals receive the information and resources they need to support patient care.

This is a customer-facing role that requires professionalism, accountability, and the ability to build meaningful relationships over time. Success comes from building trusted relationships, delivering valuable product education, and consistently earning customer engagement through professional, respectful persistence.

What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with physicians, office staff, and healthcare professionals.
• Execute territory call plans in accordance with company standards and client objectives.
• Deliver compliant product education and approved promotional resources.
• Provide timely, professional follow-up to customer needs and requests.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training, certification, and continuous learning.
• Accurately document customer interactions and territory activities.
• Operate with professionalism, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

How Success Is Measured

Success is evaluated using a balanced scorecard focused primarily on factors within your control, including:

• Territory execution
• Reach and frequency objectives
• Customer engagement
• Effective use of approved promotional resources
• Professionalism and compliance

Product performance is one component of overall annual performance and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

We're looking for motivated, relationship-oriented professionals who enjoy building trusted customer relationships, engaging healthcare providers, and delivering consistent results.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and the ability to execute structured territory call plans
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Residence within the assigned territory required

Compensation & Benefits

In addition to a competitive starting salary, employees are eligible for annual performance bonuses, guaranteed salary progression after Year 1, merit-based raises, a company vehicle or vehicle allowance, comprehensive benefits, and significant opportunities for career advancement.

• Starting salary of $45,000
• Annual performance bonus of up to 10%
• Guaranteed salary escalation after successful completion of your first year

Your onboarding includes:

• Virtual Training: November 4–6, 2026
• In-Person Training: November 9–13, 2026 (Philadelphia, PA)
